いよいよ2025年も残すところあと1ヶ月となりました。
年末年始といえば、社名入りカレンダーを持って取引先へ挨拶にまわる慣習が多くみられます。
しかし近年、スマホの普及やペーパレス化の影響で、カレンダーの印刷注文自体が減り、印刷業者
の経営が立ち行かなくなるケースが増えており、同時にその慣習自体の廃止に賛同する会社も増え
ています。この傾向は、これから一層強くなるであろうと思われます。
ただ、心のこもった礼儀は、決して「虚礼」ではありません。要は《今までこうだったから》とい
う形式主義を破り、本当に必要なものが残っていく時代に【変化】しているとも言えます。
形式主義の保守は、進化・成長とは正反対なもので、【変化】の波の中でこそ鍛えられ、人間の成長
もなし得ます。
時代の変化は、新たな可能性を開き、飛躍するチャンスです。
だからこそ、価値創造の哲学が大事になってくることでしょう。
心のこもった、時代に合う価値提供を共に考え、さらに社会の幸せを広げてまいりませんか。
